Prom Information

Date:  Friday, May 15, 2009
Place:  Lake George
Prom Time:  8:00 to 11:00 pm

The bus will depart the school parking lot promptly at 6:30 pm for Lake George.

The bus will depart Lake George for the Clifton Park Y at 11:00 pm.

Ticket Information

Tickets are $50 per person.  This will cover your admission to Prom and to After Prom.  Tickets may be purchased starting May 1, 2009.

IMPORTANT:  You must have your tuition paid up to and including the April payment.  Seniors must also have their Graduation fee paid.  The last day of purchase will be May 11, 2009.

Out of school date forms must be obtained from Mr. Moran.  No ticket for an out of school date may be purchased before the date is approved.

Walk-In Information

The walk-in will take place from 5:00 to 6:15 pm.

In good weather, the walk-in will take place along the front of the school proceeding from the main entrance to the front entrance by the chapel.

In inclement weather, the walk-in will be in the gym.

 Pictures

Pictures will be taken in the library from 4:00 until 6:15 pm.

Table seating and food choices will be made before or after school in Room 7.  Please make us aware of food allergies ASAP.

NOTRE DAME - BISHOP GIBBONS AFTER-PROM

The After-Prom will be held at the YMCA in Clifton Park.

Students attending the Prom will be bused from Lake George directly to the After-Prom.
The event will run until 3:30 AM and then students will be bused back to ND-BG by 4 AM.

Students should bring a change of clothes and leave them on the bus during the Prom.
  The locker rooms at the Y will be open for you to change your clothes and leave them
  in the locker room while at the After-Prom party.

You do not have to attend the Prom to attend the After-Prom.  A charge of $10 and a signed permission slip from your parent or guardian is needed.  Mrs. Rudinski has this form.
If you are not attending the prom you must provide your own transportation to the Y.

Students will not be allowed to leave the After-Prom before 3:30 AM unless they are going home with their parent or guardian that has come into the Y to get them and sign them out with Mrs. Rudinski.
